This is an intimate, omakase-style cocktail journey inspired by the spirit of the South African shebeens. These were often informal, underground spaces — warm, slightly unruly, and open to anyone who respected the vibe. People gathered for music, laughter, and conversation over food and drink that felt like home.

In our version, that spirit comes alive through four original cocktails crafted and served tableside by Thandi Walton, paired with light bites from Chef India. Every sip and story invites you deeper into a night where heritage meets hospitality, and the rules are more like suggestions.
