Hey Y'all!

If it isn't clear already, I'm a huge fan of Atlanta's food scene.

Over the weekend I created St Germain spritzes for a pop up with Seung Hee Lee, Maricela Vega and Ana Castro. The food they created was amazing. Each brilliant in their own right, the three of them together was a force. In addition to the food, I loved hearing their stories. They shared their culture, passion for innovation and hopes for the future. That's what I love about pop ups.

Today I was chatting with Chef Claudia Martinez (interview coming soon!) about pop up culture in Atlanta and I realized that while I love pop ups, I don't always share details ahead of time.

My brain has been churning on how exactly to do this, but until I know the answer, here's what's coming up soon:

Saturday, July 17

Chef India is hosting a pop up to celebrate the launch of Sauce Queen, her new sauce line! The event will be from 12pm-4pm at Koncept House, 141 Magnum Street.

Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24

Chef Maricela Vega is hosting another pop up for her garden dinners series. This time she's hosting La Chingana, a Peruvian pop up from Chef Arnaldo Castillo.

Hope you're all well!

Shannon

I was under the impression that these pop ups were private events. If they aren't, and I have ample time to plan, I'd love to come to one!
