Hey Ya’ll,

Things are starting to feel eerily back to normal. The weird thing is that everything also feels new again. I realized this around Mother’s Day. It seemed like the first Mother’s day ever since we missed it last year.

I’m having the same feeling this Memorial Day weekend. I don’t know if I’ve ever done anything for Memorial Day or thought much about it. But this year I’m gearing up to head on the road to Florida (as long as I can find gas) and do a much needed recharge.

Even though I’ve been traveling, something about a Great American Road Trip (that’s what I’m calling it), feels really special right now. I also just like road trips because of the snacks. If you couldn’t tell, I pretty much curate just about everything in my life and something about packing snacks for an 8-hour trip really just excites me.

I’m about to get moving on creating this snack list.
