About Holy Sip

Holy Sip started as an experimental omakase-style cocktail bar in Atlanta where founder Shannon Evans would tell stories through the cocktails that she created. It’s since transformed into an annual dinner in Jamaica and a newsletter. At the core, the premise is the same: Holy Sip tells stories through food and beverage from a Jamaican lens.
